The flat has a small sea-view balcony with garden furniture for 4 people.

The living room with kitchen area (2-burner vitro hob, traditional coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, mini electric oven, microwave, electric griddle, electric citrus squeezer, washing machine) has a sofa bed (140X200), TV (French channels).

The separate bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and a wardrobe.
The shower room has a shower cubicle, WC and washbasin.

A privileged access from the residence leads directly to the Massif de la Clape. There is also direct access to the channel that separates Saint-Pierre-la-Mer from Narbonne-Plage and its waterhole.

With its 8 kilometres of fine sandy beaches, Saint Pierre La Mer is a popular seaside resort. Part of the commune of Fleury d'Aude, this small village hosts a delightful typical southern market on the seafront every day of the year. Not far from there, in the Clape massif, a protected natural heritage site: the exceptional "gouffre de l'œil doux" offers a spectacle not to be missed, with a beautiful view of the sea and the lakes in the distance.
