The veranda is equipped with a sofa and 2 armchairs, and opens onto a shaded corner terrace with a dining area accessible from the kitchen.
The living room/kitchen area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (140x190), TV (French channels), storage space, table with 5 folding chairs, equipped kitchen area (2 burner induction hob, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment).
The separate WC is on the ground floor, as is the fully renovated shower room (Italian shower, washbasin with storage and towel rail).
A steep staircase leads to the mezzanine which has been converted into a bedroom with a sliding door, a 160x200 bed and a cabin with a single bed (90x190) and wardrobes.

In the Ayguades district, the residence "Les Lagunes du Soleil" (with swimming pool in summer) is located on the edge of the marine pond between the resorts of Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan. Here water, beaches and nature are omnipresent. The lake is next to the residence and the large beach of Les Ayguades is only a few minutes away on foot. In this quiet area, ideal for children, you will really feel on holiday.
A small shopping centre allows you to have all the basic necessities on the spot. There are several restaurants, some of which are open all year round.
Many activities are available to you such as 2 ranches for horse riding, a go-karting and quad track, jet-ski rental, AQUAJET swimming pool, mini-golf, windsurfing school, sand yacht ...
