Located 500 meters from the beach and 2600 meters from the town center - Appreciated for its proximity to the pine forest and its walking trails for strolls and squirrel watching - Property comprising 2 independent accommodations with a shared driveway (please contact us), including: a living room with television, an open-plan kitchen equipped with a gas hob, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven, a WC, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, television and dressing room and adjoining shower room with washbasin and walk-in shower. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed + a cot and television, another bedroom with a 160 cm bed and television and a shower room with shower, vanity unit and WC. A shed with a washing machine.

A garden with a covered terrace, garden furniture, a gas griddle, and sun loungers. A pétanque court for relaxing moments. Parking space. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings.
