Fully renovated terraced house of about 70 m2 on two levels with private parking.

Located two kilometers from the small village of Vairé, 11km from the beach of Dunes in Brétignolles sur Mer and 16km from the embankment of Sables d'Olonne.

This house offers you all the comfort and proximity to enjoy the many advantages of the Vendée coast.

The house is composed as follows:



Ground floor

You will have a living room with TV, free wifi and an operational fireplace.

A very well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator ...)

A terrace with all the necessary furniture, parasol and barbecue.



Floor

- Room 1: a bed of 140

- Room 2: two beds of 90 that can be brought together and form a bed of 180

- Shower room and toilets



The nearest supervised beach is 11km away, the others are not much further (max 16km)

The bike path (Vendée coast) is a few kilometers from the house via other trails.

Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented to you by Martine who will welcome you.

The cleaning must be done at the end of the stay but can also be booked with Martine if needed.
