Casa Guayaba is a beautiful house in Sámara, Guanacaste, just 15 min from the beach. This exquisite, meticulously equipped and modern one floor house with swimming pool, 15 minutes drive away from Sámara Beach, and just minutes from other beautiful beaches like Carrillo, Nosara and Guiones. This property is ideal for who wish to escape into nature and have easy access to nearby beaches and a wide variety of restaurants and services. Wide open floor plant and bedrooms with A/C will provide you a relaxing time during your stay.

We had a fabulous stay. Nury was very communicative and easy to work with. She and her family were very welcoming. The property is absolutely stunning. It feels very secluded but not far from Samara and other wonderful beaches. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you might need for an easy stay. We loved hanging out on the patio watching various wildlife. It’s a magical place.

Nury could not be a most gracious hostess. She met us and showed the property and house. She checked on us during our stay to make sure that our needs were being met. Additionally she gave us recommendations for meals in town. She even encouraged us to extend our stay at another property so that we could have the full Pura vida experience. I would highly recommend staying with Nury.Thanks Nury.

Great stay in Samara

House was clean and inviting. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings after being in the heat during the day. Last but not least, the guitar was a nice touch- enjoyed playing it every night!

Amazing place!!!!

Nury’s place was amazing! Comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The surroundings of the home were beautiful. We woke up everyday to beautiful birds and animals- there was a toucan nest in the tree behind the house. Nury was amazing and answered any question we had. We cannot wait to return!!!

Beautiful Home in Samara

Our best stay in Costa Rica! We traveled to many different regions over the course of our 2 weeks in this beautiful country. This home was our last stop and the best in terms of amenities, cleanliness, surroundings and comfort. It’s about a 10 -15 minute ride to some amazing beaches.

Beautiful Relaxing Costa Rica Escape

Truly a little piece of heaven. House is beautifully appointed with everything that you need. Set up in the jungle hills but only ~15-20 minutes to town and beaches. Host was super helpful and readily available. Already dreaming about returning!!

Beautiful stay

We loved our stay at this beautiful house- it has all modern amenities you would ever need. The communication was super easy, as was the check in- it was very easy to find the house with the directions and google maps. We loved that the house was secluded, super quiet and close to many different beaches. We did not love Sámara, as it was very crowded and touristy, but we loved that this house was close to go to several other amazing beaches. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home has everything you need. We had to exit our stay early as my husband became ill and we needed to be somewhere else. Nury was so wonderful! She even helped us when my husband became sick to find a doctor that would see him right away. She even had us follow her right to where the doctor was located. She was so helpful when we needed it the most.We would definitely stay here again if we came to Samara.10 out of 10

Gracious hosts and beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay and Nury and Daniel were kind hosts. The house was gorgeous and private and had everything we needed. We loved the hammock swing outside and we could sing into the jungle with our guitar. We loved the pool.

Paradise in the Jungle!

Lovely modern open concept home with all amenities to cook, swim and entertain. Nury and Daniel were fantastic hosts. Samara and Playa Carrillo are a quick 10 minute drive to beaches!

AMAZING property with AMAZING care

We were fortunate enough to stay at Nury's property for two nights before leaving the area and heading back to the States. When we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful everything was. The pictures cannot capture the beauty and essence of peace. Everything about the property was amazing. Nuri was super easy to communicate with and super friendly. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was a wonderful way to end our trip to Costa rica. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely return.

Perfect Property for Our Vacation

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay for our week-long visit. The house and surrounding area are beautiful! The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, the sitting areas are comfortable and big. Loved having A/C in the bedrooms and a pool for cooling off. And as a fun bonus - we could see monkeys in the trees near the property!

Relaxing retreat

This property was amazing! We loved the open concept and outside views made us feel connected to the surrounding nature. Loved hearing all of the different bird sounds. Nury was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would love to stay again!

I am Nury, originally from this beautiful area (Sámara) and after traveling the world I have decided to build a house based on the harmony and warmth that I would like to find when traveling. I really enjoy my role of guest and host and I am happy that my guests find what they want to enjoy. I have worked for the tourist industry for over 30 years and I love to be connected to this role now from the place I have my roots and family.

Casa Guayaba is the perfect balance between comfort and nature just minutes away to many wonderful beaches like Samara 15 minutes away with calm water and the possibility to swim, kayak, surf, horseback riding, sport fishing, dolphin tour etc. Samara is a town with facilities as supermarkets, pharmacy, gyms, hair salons, cafes and a variety of high quality restaurants for the enjoyment of the visitors.
