Your vacation rental is spread over two levels. On the ground floor: - kitchen area, living room, lounge, toilet with washbasin and washing machine. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 90x190cm bed, 1 bedroom with two 80x200cm beds that can be combined to form a 160x200cm bed, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Shared with the owners: courtyard (300m²) and garden (1000m²). The highlight of this vacation home: the owner, a sculptor, has her studio on this property. She will be happy to introduce you to her art if you wish. This accommodation is reserved for leisure guests. This comfortable gite is between another house and the owners' home (the owners use a path in front of the gite to get to their house) 1km from the sea. The property is in the delightful town of Plérin which offers many water sports and walks, and is well-placed for visiting the whole of the département and its wealth of lovely places of interest ! Pleasant cottage in typical stones, in the Bay of Saint Brieuc, close to the beach and shops on foot!
