The home was beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need! The location is great. Close to the beach, Carmel, Pacific Grove, and Cannery Row. We spent Thanksgiving week there and it was amazing.

Honestly, this property is fantastic! Extremely well renovated. No detail is missed from the appliances, to the towels to the cookware, this place is first rate, five star. Owner was great with communication. Location is excellent - close to Monterey and Carmel. Easy drive to Pinnacles NP.

Very relaxed 4 night stay. Great property, lots of room, 3 large bedrooms, 2 nice baths, comfortable patio, top line stove, oven. Convenient to everything. Went to Carmel Vallt Village, Carmel by the Sea, the Awuarium, great restaurants in Monterrey. Some of the best Itilian food at Il Vecchio. Perfect trip, thanks

Great stay and convenient location!

Our stay was great! The property was clean and comfortable and met all our needs. The property manager was easy to communicate with and proactively provided everything we needed for our stay. We particularly liked that is this property was central to all the locations we visited during our trip! Will definitely stay again!

Loved this house. Spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Appreciated the comfortable bed and soft sheets. The putting green was fun for the two golfers in our group.

Wonderful house

The rental house was very clean, updated, close to sites and the host was very responsive. One of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. Lots of compliments from my family. We would stay here again!

Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, Vincent Machi is excited to redefine his hometown through property development, property management and real estate.

Vincent is a graduate of Monterey High School and later attended California State University Monterey Bay, where he earned his bachlors degree in Management and International Business.

Vincent started his own company, VM Ventures LLC, in 2017 while he was earning his business degree and simultaneously developing properties. VM Ventures is a property development and management company located in Del Rey Oaks, California.

Vincent is also a licensed CA Real Estate Agent with Above and Beyond Real Estate. Vincent brings a unique perspective as a real estate agent as he is constantly on both the buying and selling side of properties. He is able to connect with his clients on the same level when understanding exactly what they need most in a home.

Prior to VM Ventures, Vincent was a full-time caddie at Cypress Point Club and Monterey Peninsula Country Club.

In his free time, Vincent enjoys golfing and spending time with friends, family, and his dog.
