Welcome to Marathon the heart of the Florida Keys! Here in Marathon we have several restaurants within minutes, Sombrero beach just 15 minutes away, and keys west in under an hour. This home features its own private pool and spa with privacy, dockage with instant gulf access with plenty of parking for trailers and vehicles. Each Bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Saturday to Saturday bookings except May and October, only 8 guest max

7 night min only pool heat is an additional charge.

Chartered fishing trips, snorkeling trips, kayak, boat and Golf Cart available for rent upon request. We have established relationships with the local captains and rental companies to facilitate the rentals so that they are schedule and or delivered to the house prior to your arrival.

This place met all our expectations. The view was wonderful. Proximity to things we wanted to do was great. The pool was amazing as was the screened porch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Frank was attentive to any inquries. Definitely recommend!

The house was great, the views are amazing. Great fish off the dock. There is a reef 1 mile off shore the we fished on windy days . Caught all kinds of different fish. Shark, snappers, permit ,blow fish .

The location is fantastic. The house leaves something to be desired. Cracked and loose floor tiles, missing shower tile, heat listed on amenities but not in place (though space heaters were ultimately provided when requested). Kayak/canoe listed in amenities, but were not on property until asked for. The property maintenance staff member, Yoan, was excellent and helped us in many ways. I can't say enough about him, he is great. I could go on with other issues but let me say, location is ideal. My group is low maintenance and we had a great, great time. However, do not expect to arrive at a property in good shape.

We let them know.My main problem was that the hot tub isn't actually a hot tub, although lusted in the amenities as a hot tub. There are no jets and when I asked were the control for it was I was told it was listed as a spa, which is bunk.

A wonderful vacation rental. The house was very clean on arrival. Kitchen was fully equipped. The dock was a dream for taking the boat out everyday. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is ideal in a vacation rental. I would recommend and we will most likely try to book again next year.

Great place to stay!

The property supported our needs to a “T”! We travel to the Keys annually and need a place that is on the water, has a dock, a pool, is clean, and has the necessary amenities. This place had all of that and had lots of wildlife in and out of the water. We will stay here again if available on our next visit to the Keys.

Great sunsets; quiet street; fantastic marine life. Frank was very responsive. The property is not brand new but delivered on what we needed: pool, great dock for fishing and keeping boat during day. Booked again for next year.

Fantastic

Everything as listed. Very clean. Perfect location. Dock and pool was fantastic. It was like an aquarium around the dock. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and showers were strong. Kitchen was well supplied. Living room was very comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next trip to paradise.

Beautiful stay!

Beautiful house and property, was lovely to enjoy the incredible sunsets from the screened in porch! House was a great size, loved that all the rooms had ensuite bathrooms. Frank was excellent to communicate with. Will definitely be planning to stay again!

Beautiful Bay-Side Home

We loved our stay! The home was huge and very clean with all the amenities needed! We loved the pool, dock, ice cold A/C and were able to cook breakfast and dinner! Close to everything and lots of room for parking our 2 big trucks and boat!

Great place for family togetherness

We loved our stay. The pool was great for our granddaughter and all of us. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We grilled and cooked. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The sunsets were wonderful.

Marathon vacation

Nice property that checked all the boxes for 3 couples. Each bedroom has its on bathroom and there’s plenty of space inside and out, We rented a boat during our stay so having the dock was a plus. The property is in a great location and the sunsets are spectacular!

Perfect getaway from Minnesota winter!

Very peaceful setting. Quiet and secluded. Pool/spa and yard are are great. Watched sunsets every night. Frank was great to work with and very accommodating!

Keys getaway

Very nice location on Grassy Key, all 3 BR have private showers great for multiple couples or spreading the kids out. Large family area, well equipped kitchen, dock with fish cleaning table just past the pool in backyard. Would stay again if opportunity comes along.

Quiet getaway in Florida Keys

Quiet and spacious. Great sunset views. We launched kayak and paddleboard from end of dock. Comfortably accommodated 6 adults. Outside area by pool was a cool hang during the day and then screened area was fantastic at night.
