This gîte comprises, on the ground floor, a living/dining/kitchen area with a smart TV, and upstairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. You will enjoy a private, enclosed outdoor space with a terrace, garden furniture, a griddle, deck chairs, and outdoor games. You can park your vehicle on-site in a large shared parking area.

The accommodation is attached to another gîte (H85G031946), in a building containing two other gîtes (H85G031947 and H85G031945), and is located near the owner's residence.
