15 minutes south of Châteauroux, 20 minutes from George Sand's House and the Creuse Valley, this cottage is nestled in the countryside and surrounded by a category 2 river (300 meters). The house features an enclosed garden with a slide and a swing.

Ground floor: entrance hall - dining/living room - equipped kitchen - 1 bedroom (1 double bed with sink) - shower room - toilet.

Upstairs (straight staircase with rope railing): 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 130cm bed, 1 180cm bed, baby bed, and sinks) - shower room - toilet - games area.

Garage (bicycle storage).
Oil heating (billed based on actual consumption - meter on boiler, payable on site) and wood for the fireplace provided. Cleaning fee not included, charged €65 for business stays. Sheets are also not provided; they are charged €12 per pair for business guests.

A room for 60 people can be rented on site for €350 (Saturday lunchtime to Sunday evening).
