Very cute rustic house overlooking the bay and very comfortable inside and out for a great weekend. Highly recommend … and owners responded quickly with any questions leading up to our rental.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and always have a great experience. Our daughter visiting from the UK came with us this time and enjoyed using the paddle board on the Sassafras. The home is always clean, comfortable and well stocked. Our dogs also love coming here and recognize where we are as soon as we pull up to the house. The neighborhood affords safe walking opportunities for two and four legged visitors alike! The front porch provides sheltered, gorgeous and panoramic views regardless of the weather.

We had a wonderful time for 5 nights staying in this beautiful home. Spent a lot of time sitting on the front porch which offered spectacular gorgeous views of the sunsets on the Chesapeake Bay. Enjoyed the mornings and late afternoon watching the Ospreys catch their fish and seeing the barges and sail boats on the water. Highly recommend Buena Vista for large families as there is plenty of room to move about and just relax on the front porch and take in all this house has to offer.

You covered much of what we love the most about Buena Vista - sitting on the front porch watching birds and boat traffic up and down the Sassafras River and Chesapeake Bay, and enjoying our extended family as they all swirl in and out. So glad you had a good time!

Honestly, the pictures are not accurate. The rooms were way bigger and prettier then depicted! I was pleasantly surprised with all the details. The beds were all so comfortable. The view from the porch magnificent. Eagles & Osprey! The beach was so close & the Sunsets were spectacular. We loved Kayaking and my grandson had so much fun fishing from the kayak & the peir!

My husband and I reserved this place to get away from the chaos of our day-to-day, and we were so delighted with our experience. The view is to die for, everything is clean and in good working order, the neighbors are lovely and the access to the beach is just perfect. We will most definitely return!!
