This charming studio apartment in the heart of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is the ideal place to stay in the mountains, combining practicality, tranquillity and the pleasure of wide open spaces. Located on the first floor of a residence with a lift, it enjoys a peaceful setting, south-south-west exposure and a beautiful view of Mont Blanc.
Its balcony is a real asset for enjoying the fresh air and alpine setting after a busy day.
With its well-designed 24 m² layout, the accommodation can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. It has a closed cabin bedroom with a window, a pleasant living area and everything you need for an independent stay, whether you come for skiing, hiking or simply to recharge your batteries in Chamonix. Its location at the foot of the Savoy slopes allows you to enjoy the mountains to the full in all seasons, with direct access to activities.
The enclosed cabin bedroom is equipped with a 90x190 bunk bed, ideal for children or friends. The living room has a comfortable 160x200 sofa bed, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good night's sleep.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee, allowing you to travel light and enjoy your stay to the full as soon as you arrive.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected, work remotely or easily organise your activities on site.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob and coffee machine and even a raclette machine for enjoying convivial evenings sampling local flavours.
A functional bathroom, television, hairdryer, iron and smoke detector complete the amenities. A ski storage room is also available for added convenience after your days on the slopes. Underground parking is included, a real bonus in Chamonix.
Everything is within walking distance of the accommodation. Chamonix town centre, shops, restaurants and ski lifts are easily accessible without the need for a car.
You are at the foot of the Savoy slopes, perfect for skiing in winter and walking in summer. Hiking trails, mountain activities and the bustle of Chamonix town centre are all close by. A Super U supermarket is about an 8-minute walk away for your daily shopping.
A sports centre with a swimming pool, ice rink, stadium and tennis courts, as well as facilities for children, is only a 2-minute walk away. You can also hire skis and mountain bikes opposite the building and enjoy delicious dining options, such as the restaurant ‘Le Malabar Princess’, right next door.
You will be provided with a travel card for free travel on the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttle services (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
