Welcome to No Worries, where beach comfort meets luxury at The Sanctuary at False Cape Condominium Development, located on a pristine beachfront. No Worries is located on the third floor, affording privacy with no noise from above and a beautiful courtyard/pool view below. This professionally decorated 1,300-square-foot condo features two bedrooms and everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
Enjoy the special views afforded by the light-filled living room, featuring comfortable sofas, an oversize lounge chair that converts to a twin bed, a 40-inch HDTV, a sound system with a 3-CD player, and a desk with free wireless high-speed WiFi access. The dining area includes seating, with room for three more at the granite kitchen counter. From this area, you can access the spacious balcony, ideal for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sunset over cocktails in the evening. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your time at the beach. The primary suite has a private full bathroom and a chair for reading, a 19-inch HDTV with a built-in DVD, and room-darkening window treatments. The second bedroom provides a twin-over-double bunk bed and a 19-inch HDTV with a DVD player. The laundry area within the condo provides a washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
