• The Lake Club and activities are open, weather permitting, from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and then weekends only through mid-September. Lake Club is closed for the season after September 15th.
• Boulder Lake Club is a private club located 1 mile from our home.
• Please note that the provided complimentary passes are for our guests' use during their stay and that there will be no refunds or compensation, of any kind, if any amenities are unavailable or if the lake club is closed for any reason.
BOULDER LAKE CLUB AMENITIES:
• Private beach with lounge chairs for sunbathing
• Restaurant on the lake w/outdoor seating & live music
• Heated pool with a separate kiddie pool for the little ones
• Sport courts to play tennis, volleyball, basketball, badminton, corn hole, bocce ball, ping pong
• Water toys, canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, row boats, electric motor boats, paddle boards, a sail boat and a Pontoon boat are available for rent at an additional fee (please see website for pricing). Reservations are recommended for boat rentals.
• Fishing is permitted at Boulder Lake Club from personal or rental boats only. Boulder Lake is a Catch and Release lake. Common fish are large and small mouth bass, striped bass, rock bass, blue gill sunfish, lake trout, yellow perch catfish and black crappie. Fishing license required for anyone 16 and older and is to be displayed on hat or outer garment.

GUEST ACCESS
• Self check-in with a unique to you key code for the duration of your stay
• Guest has access to the entirety of both houses except for locked owner supply areas
**BOOKING REQUIREMENTS**
• Maximum occupancy is 24 guests (including infants & children).
• Booking Guest must be at least 25 years old.
• To finalize your reservation, a signed Rental Agreement must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. The link to complete the agreement will be sent after your booking is accepted. Please note: failure to complete this step within the given timeframe will result in automatic cancellation. To complete the agreement, you’ll need the full names and ages of each guest, along with a copy of a government-issued ID.
• Instead of requiring a non-refundable damage insurance fee, we place a $500 hold on your credit card starting one day before arrival. This hold is fully released within seven days after departure, provided our home is left in good condition and house rules have been respected.
• Kindly note: You’ll see two separate charges on your credit card statement—one from VRBO for their booking fee, and another from Our Humble Homes covering the nightly rate and any additional applicable fees. We just want to ensure there are no surprises when reviewing your statement!
GUYS, GIRLS, SINGLES & COUPLES GROUPS
• Every guest in an all adults group must be at least 25 years old. Booking guest can not have negative reviews from past stays. Maximum occupancy for all adult groups is 20.
• PLEASE keep in mind that there is parking for a MAXIMUM of 10 cars. Please do not book if your group requires more parking spaces.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
• VRBO Description is incorrect, this is NOT lakefront.
• These are 2 separate side by side units, each 3,000 square feet.
• You will access the homes through 2 separate front doors.
• The 2 homes are NOT connected on the inside of the units.
• You will use the outside front or back doors to go between them.
• The front doors to our homes are up a small flight of stairs (3-4 steps).
• The hot tubs are not fenced in and are visible to neighboring homes.
• Fire-pits/open flames/fireworks of any kind are forbidden in our community.
• Homes are in the woods and there will be animals & insects, such as but not limited to deer, bear, squirrels, rodents, spiders, ants, and lady bugs.
• We are contracted with a pest control company with scheduled treatments; however, we cannot guarantee that insects will not be in or around our homes.
• Communal Pool & Lake Club Access is from Memorial Day through the end of September only.
