The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the curtains as you stretch on the quiet bedroom floor, the scent of fresh coffee drifting from the kitchen. After a day of wandering Disney World or exploring the nearby lakes, you step onto the patio and feel the warm water of the private heated pool ripple around your feet. The house settles into a calm rhythm, offering space for both adventure and relaxation in the heart of Kissimmee.



Sleeping arrangements

The home welcomes up to ten guests across four bedrooms and eight beds. Downstairs you’ll find a kids’ bedroom with a shared bathroom, while the master bedroom features its own private bathroom. Upstairs hold two additional bedrooms and a second shared bathroom. Linens, extra pillows, blankets, and room‑darkening shades are provided for a comfortable night’s sleep.



Outdoor living

A fully fenced backyard surrounds a heated pool that can be enjoyed year‑round. An open grassy area, outdoor dining table, and charcoal BBQ grill create a simple setting for meals al fresco or quiet afternoons in the sun.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equips you with a refrigerator, microwave, stainless‑steel electric stove, stainless‑steel oven, and dishwasher. Cooking basics are stocked, and a breakfast nook plus a separate dining area give you flexible spaces for family meals or quick snacks.



Living spaces & amenities

The large living area offers ample seating for movie nights, a TV, and a themed room that adds a playful touch. Central air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable, while an in‑unit washer and dryer handle longer stays. Family‑focused extras include a pack ’n play or travel crib, high chair, children’s dinnerware, books, and toys.

Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around and explore Orlando/Kissimmee. You'll have free designated parking when booking our property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
