This condo was everything we hoped for and more! Beautifully decorated with elegant touches that made it feel luxurious and cozy at the same time. It was spotless and thoughtfully organized. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of the stunning Sandestin resort. We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the balcony and ending our days exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. Truly a perfect getaway—we can’t wait to come back!

Downtown Greenville

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location between downtown and the wedding venue. Lois met us upon our arrival and told us all of the good spots to go. We really enjoyed our weekend in Greenville and this was the perfect location.

Beautiful, spacious condo in nice location

We loved everything about our stay. Location and views were beautiful. Nicely decorated condo was the perfect size for our family of five. Walk to the beach was a short stroll down the sidewalk. We hope to stay again in the future.

Very nice and clean but communication is lacking

The property itself was very nice as pictured and kept very clean. The beds were comfortable and pool is nice. One of the bedrooms only had sheer curtains and faces a building and parking lot with lots of lights. (We bought some blackout curtains to hang temporarily to be able to sleep during our stay.) The walk wasn't bad to the beach, just bring a wagon or cart if you plan on taking much to the beach with you. There were comfortable chairs provided in storage you can take to the beach. The beach was more crowded than any beach I have ever been to though. The communication with the host was very poor. We didn't hear anything at all, not even a confirmation of booking until about 24 hrs before check-in. Once we arrived the wrong condo number and floor were provided so we were trying to use the door code provided at the wrong door. A person was already occupying the condo number we were given so we were fortunately able to get it figured out since the host did not answer messages or phone call for a couple hours from that time. Overall a very nice, comfortable, and clean place to stay once we arrived at the right door!

Perfect for a family!

We enjoyed our stay at this Luau unit! It was perfect for our family to spread out in, cook breakfast, eat, and hang out together. The furniture is new and the decor is cute! It’s a short pleasant walk to the beach. We loved the pool too. Shelley is great with communicating & always got right back with me! Thank you Shelley for everything! We hope to be back next summer!

Much needed vacation

First time staying here, and it definitely won’t be our last. Everything was great. Very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool, and kiddie pool was nice, and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The view of the gulf and property was very nice. My only complaint is the elevator, only one was working and we had to take the stairs, luckily we were on the 5th floor. Making plans now for our next stay.

BEAUTIFUL Property!

I have been coming to Miramar beach and staying at the Luau for years.. and I must say that Shelly's property is the most beautiful rental I have stayed at! It was very clean, so beautifully decorated, had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. Shelly was very sweet and always answered any questions I had. And once again Miramar beach did not disappoint! We will definitely be back again next year and hope to stay at Shelly's property again!
