Come see the turtles at (including Tidas - made from recycled flip flops in Kenya) one of the closest homes to the neighborhood’s deeded beach access! Load up the beach wagon and chairs and be sitting on the beach in 5 minutes. Rinse in the outdoor shower on your return, then hop in the heated pool or relax in the open concept home with high ceilings. ROKU smart TVs throughout, including the patio. Lounge poolside and enjoy the brand new privacy fence and landscaping. Work/school from anywhere with the desk in the master bedroom and plentiful table space. Two of the rooms have king beds. Keyless access. There is a video doorbell and a blink camera in the garage facing the garage door for guest safety.

Stay at Singer Island

We were in town for our sons’ 4 day baseball tournament, but didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This house was perfect for two families of three! The house was very clean and well stocked with beach supplies! We were pleasantly surprised to see a new privacy fence behind the pool because it helped buffer the traffic noise. We enjoyed this beautiful home and would stay again!

Perfect home Perfect location!

The house was just as described and even better! The quick walk across the street to the beach was sweet, and floating in the pool was refreshing! Host communication was prompt and friendly. We all agreed that we would like to rebook for the future! Thanks for a lovely weekend!

I recently stayed at this beach house for a weekend-long getaway, and it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable—just a couple of blocks from the beach. The interior was beautifully decorated with a light, coastal theme that made the whole space feel fresh and welcoming. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the living area was cozy and very spacious, excellent for our group to relax comfortably. One of the best features was the outdoor space: a nice pool with plenty of seating, a grill, and a shower to clean up the sand. The hosts were attentive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this beach house for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the coast. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Excellent stay with easy beach access!

Excellent location with respect to easy beach access, and walking distance to local bar/restaurants. House itself was clean, well stocked, and as advertised. We used the heated pool almost daily throughout the month of February. The only short coming is the road noise from the busy street behind the house. We contacted the owner only a couple times during our 1 month stay, he was very responsive both times.

Rest and Relaxation at the Beach

The property is as advertised and was fully appointed and clean as it should be. Excellent location for total privacy and excellent beach access. We walked across the street and down the paved access directly to the beach each morning. The backyard pool, very private, was also clean and utilized by us. I recommend this property to any and all.

Very nice home

We had a multigenerational vacation. The home easily accommodated everyone. Very clean inside and out. Great communication with host. Easy walk to the beach. Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella were available. The only draw back is the back yard and pool are located near a fairly busy road. There is plenty of privacy. We certainly were able to enjoy the pool area. Enjoyed our stay.

Long weekend

We traveled as myself and my husband, my two small children and my sister for a long weekend. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and well-stocked. We loved the heated pool and comfortable patio. We loved jogging and walking around the neighborhood, which feels friendly and safe. We enjoyed the short walk/drive to the beach. We also enjoyed driving the short drive over the bridge to swim and snorkel. There is a grocery store and plenty of restaurants close by. Great stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great house, overall very clean and spacious. Loud location next to the road, consider this is you’re a light sleeper. We heard lots of sirens, car horns and alarms, a fan for travelers in bedrooms or white noise would have been helpful. Thermostat locked at 70 degrees, which was not ideal for sleep.

Singer Island Dream Home!!

We headed to Singer Island for a week with the family for a baseball tournament. After a long day at the fields, we loved coming back to this beautiful home. Beds were super comfortable, well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, warm pool and daily visits from iguanas while sitting poolside. We loved the location tucked inside a quaint neighborhood. Quick walk to the beach. Ocean was super calm and clear. My daughter loves collecting shells and watching schools of tropical fish swim by our feet. We walked into town most nights for dinner/ice cream and to watch sunset. Drew was great to deal with. I highly recommend this home. Enjoy!!!

Very convenient

Everything was as described. The house is very comfortable, not super new but well maintained, located in a very nice neighborhood. It is well equipped with plenty of towels, dishes, kitchen utensils and appliances. We found everything we needed, like coffee maker, toaster, washer and, dryer, hair dryer etc. - and even some beach gear in the garage. Kids loved the bunk bed, too. The beach is in walking distance but a car is required to get to restaurants and grocery shopping. Pool is in good condition and well maintained as is the hedged-in backyard which is adjacent to a busy street. Overall a very good choice for a family vacation. We would book it again.

Lovely house and great to work with Drew. There were six of us and it fit our needs perfectly. Quick walk to the beach and the pool was a nice addition to the Florida sun. House was cool and well furnished. Kitchen well stocked and even the stuff for the beach was just want we needed. Won't be looking for any other accommodations on our next trip. We found our place!

Relaxing Riviera Beach Stay

The house was perfect for our girls getaway. Easy to walk to the beach, get groceries/food deliveries and lounge both inside when it rained and outside by the pool when the sun was out. yay! Drew was communicative and accommodating. grateful for the mini vacay.

Great property close to the water.

We had a great stay at the property. Everything was as advertised. All indoor areas were spotless. The pool was a little dirty but that was understandable with the recent tropical storm.

Awesome location

House was perfect for group, proximity was awesome to beach, boats and activities! For the value the house is awesome, loved how extra toilet paper and stuff was available! The added touches to the house were much appreciated, easy check in and check out process. Top Notch will definitely be back!

We have been very fortunate to visit friends on Singer Island for over 20 years and felt so comfortable with the area that we wanted to retire here, but that won't be for a few more years. So, in the meantime, we want to share this beautiful place with others.

The open concept, vaulted ceilings and spaciousness of the inside convinced us that we will be able to enjoy the home for years to come, not to mention how short of a walk it is to get to the beach.
