It is very zen one of the best areas in Venice beach it's cozy inside and out the garden has the most amazing sent at night the T lights make it magical
Guest access
You will have access to everything car port or park in front of carport so room for 2 cars if there small but 1 fits great. Street cleaning is on Wednesday and Thursday pls look at street signs and move your car if it is on the street.

Other things to note
This is a magical spot hummingbirds and butterfly's truly peacful! Quite beautiful safe neighborhood close to beach but far enough from the noise and craziness of Venice Beach easy bike ride or 5 minute or less uber ride! Completely private closed in space!
