Nice home, central location

We enjoyed our week-long stay at a convenient location. We always felt safe. It has a full kitchen and two sets of washer and dryers to share with another unit. Communication with the owner is almost instant. We appreciate they were able to extend our stay two more nights without adding another cleaning charge.

Decent but could be better.

Property was as listed for the most part, but needs updating and pictures of the exterior and parking lot omitted. Pros- comfortable mattresses, no odors, spacious and tidy, good air conditioning, quiet Cons -neighborhood didn't feel safe, parking lot not lit, furniture was visibly stained, carpet worn, toilet ran all of the time and had a mold/dirt stain at the water line. Shower head provided a fine mist with leaking water around the connection. Conditioner and body wash in shower, but no shampoo. Would not feel comfortable walking to any nearby stores.
