Private cozy historic two bedroom house just blocks from the University of Arizona and a short 5-minute drive to downtown dining, shops, theaters, and nightlife. The home is just a 5 minute bike ride to the University and it sits on the Mountain Avenue bike path just north of Banner-University Medical Center and the U of A campus. Everything was just as described - clean and comfortable. This is a nice 2-bedroom house with a big desert backyard. It’s in a central Tucson location: close to the University of Arizona and downtown.

Place was great! Moving our daughter into the Honor Village at UofA so the house was so close and convenient. Will definitely stay there again!

Great spot in a lovely neighborhood. Property is clean and cared for and everything is of high quality. The place could use a larger kitchen table, though.

To sit outside watch the sunset over Mt. Lemmon peaks, in the back yard with the soft lighting, well insulated room, overall decor, and location will definitely look to coming back when in Tucson. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!!!

The location of this charming home is ideal for both visiting the UofA and for exploring the city of Tucson. It is very close to major north-south and east-west roads as well as I-10.The home's layout is also fantastic, especially if staying with friends. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the hallway with the remodeled bathroom in the middle. This provides for privacy and space. And bonus, the beds were extremely comfortable.We would stay here again.

Tucson Visit

Great location to see the historic downtown and U of A campus. Very nice property and the property owner was very easy to contact and get everything set up. Beautiful, historic neighborhood.

Great VRBO Rental

We enjoyed staying here. It was spacious and well equipped. It was easy to tour Tucson since it was centrally located. Highly recommend this rental.

Tucson AZ Stay - U of A Visit

The home was very clean, cute and had all of the amenities that we needed. Home owner communicated well. We spent most of our weekend at the U of A campus and the location was very convenient for a short drive. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Easy for all of us to operate and walk everywhere. University within a mile and easy access to 4th street. Really enjoyed to location!

This place was great, perfect for my son to finish his finals. Great location close to campus. The owner was quick to respond. He really enjoyed staying here.

Nice place for out of town family

Bring your own sugar and creamer. -only a coffee maker and coffee was supplied. Place was spacious and nice.

Family time

My son and his family stayed at the property. It was perfectly located close to us close to restaurants. Backyard was just enough room for the kids to play. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Perfect North campus location

This property was exactly as described in the listing and photos. Communication for check in & out was clear and process was simple. Home was clean and well appointed. We would definitelystay here again.

Only 2 things holding me back from giving 5 stars. I could not get the hair dryer to work and there was no pot of adequate size in the kitchen to boil pasta.

Wonderful property. Great stay.

Overall great stay. Easy to get in contact with the host. Everything is was comfortable and clean. Only thing that could use some cleaning was the jets in the jacuzzi bathtub. Which I understand are tough to clean.

Tucson Visit

House was in a very nice location. The back yard was a very nice place with excellent privacy.The TV in main area did not connect to any services. Not even a local TV station. Communication with owner was super!
