45A Beautifully Renovated Home Near Town Center

House has a new kitchen, new appliances with a granite countertop bar that has seating for 5. All bathrooms have been completely renovated. There are three king beds with private bath and a bunk room in the basement that opens to the 70" TV/playroom for kids. Outside porch has brand new grill with fire pit and seating for hanging out and dinner. There are new 50" TVs in each room and living area. Ideal location if you want to be close to town and have easy access to beaches. See 45B also.

Excellent stay!

We loved our time in this beautiful home. I cannot say enough about how amazing Errol, Andre and Denise were in helping us figure out where to shop/eat and helped us have the most amazing stay. Thank you and we can’t wait to come back!

Great house! Great location!

We stayed at this house for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The house was very clean, the communication with the host was excellent, and the location was great- only a 12-15 minute walk to downtown! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a lovely spot for a getaway on Nantucket!

Great House on Pleasant

We really loved staying here. Super clean and updated. Great layout for families. Quick walk to town and really nice amenities. Sister property next door looks incredible too.

Wonderful Property & Stay!

We had a wonderful visit at the Nantucket home. It is a lovely home with any amenity you can think of. We especially appreciated all of the welcome gifts, food and drinks they left us. We were a day and a half late getting to Nantucket because of weather so that was extra special. The location was great and the parking was a bonus. Would definitely love to stay there again.
