Great house for exploring Cape Coral

Lovely property consisting of three decent bedrooms and a big open space. Well equipped with all mod cons and a lovely outdoor heated swimming pool. Property is well maintained and clean and the owners were good at communicating throughout. Would highly recommend for any families looking for a base in Cape Coral.

Beautiful Home near everything!

Sam the host was super friendly courteous and responsive. The house was immaculate with thick bath towels, proper dishes, plush bedding, and super comfy. We couldn’t have asked for more from Violet ( house). Thanks so much for the hospitality Sam.

Perfect Getaway!

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay, enjoying the pool and dock areas while soaking up the sun—especially before heading back to snowy weather up north! The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was fantastic, offering beautiful views of the canal in a private setting. The host was incredibly accommodating and flexible with our arrival and departure times, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. Communication was seamless, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. We truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning someday! Highly recommend!
