Master queen bedroom with master bathroom with a jet-tub, shower and private toilet room. Two car garage access into main level. Doors off the main level open to the front deck that includes the gazebo the with the hot tub and sitting area around.
Upper Level: Spacious loft with sleeper sofa, entertainment bonus room with two twin beds, three bedrooms on this floor.
First queen bedroom with shared bathroom to loft yet with privacy. Second queen bedroom & third bedroom twin over full, sharing full bathroom.

Pets: Only 3 dogs are allowed and there is a pet-fee of $100 per each dog.
Firewood Notice: Not all wood-burning fireplaces will provide firewood at the property. We can have firewood delivered to the property per request, we offer 1/4 cord for $100 or 1/2 cord for $180. Please order ahead before your arrival.
The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain.
