Located 4 minutes walk from the market and Avenue de la Mer, and 10 minutes walk from the beach, along a pedestrian and cycle path. Supermarket, bakery and butcher shop 3 minutes walk away.

Bedroom 1 has a large double bed.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, topped by a single bunk bed, and a single trundle bed.

It is now available via this profile, managed by Dany, for better management and an optimized welcome.

Ideally located, this single-storey accommodation offers all the comfort of a house in an apartment: independent entrance, private garden, parking, barbecue, bicycles, deckchairs, chairs and some baby equipment.
Outdoor parking is available in the condominium, just in front of the garage, in the immediate vicinity of the garden and the entrance to the apartment. It is also tolerated to park outside on the side of the road in front of the condominium.
A real cocoon of calm and well-being, it is a few steps from the center of Cabourg and all amenities. The beach is accessible by a pleasant pedestrian and cycle path along the Dives.

At your disposal: a cot and a high chair for baby, bicycles, books, children's toys, TV, DVD player, fans, washing machine, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, raclette machine, hob, oven, microwave, blender and other utensils...
We have equipped the apartment as we like to find it when we travel with children. Everything is there to feel at home from the moment you arrive and have a pleasant and convenient stay.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.

Guests have access to the entire accommodation, the private garden and the storage garage, in which there are bicycles, deckchairs/deckchairs to relax in the garden, a high chair and baby accessories, a children's table and chairs, a parasol if not already installed in the garden and folding chairs.

We remain available before and during the stay to answer guests' questions, by message or phone. Arrival is completely autonomous, and we remain reachable if needed.

For your comfort, we offer an optional bed linen and towels package, available on request: €55 for all the beds in the two bedrooms, or €70 if the sofa bed is also used.
