Experience rural bliss at this 6BR/3BA retreat! Comprised of two homes, Higher Ground and Cornerstone, youll enjoy quiet privacy on a sprawling lot with long-range pasture and mountain views.

The homes are each beautifully updated with new furnishings and sleek kitchens. A well-appointed game room and smart TVs in each bedroom provide evening entertainment. Stroll on soft grass in the expansive yards and admire the near-endless mountain views.

Choose from a plethora of nearby outdoor activities. Spend summer days at Lake Junaluska. Venture into downtown Asheville to explore the local culture.

HIGHER GROUND

Higher Ground sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms, two queen sleeper sofas, and a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the game room. Each bedroom has a smart TV.

Stream new movies on the smart TV in the main living area. The second living area is outfitted with a sleeper sofa and a smart TV. Play pool, ping-pong, and foosball in the game room, furnished with a sleeper sofa and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Home chefs will be delighted to find new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen bar and the breakfast table each seat four. Share meals around the table for six in the dining area.

Sleep soundly on a king bed in the primary suite. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The second and third bedrooms each hold a full-size bed. The guest bedroom bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

Gather in the shade on the covered patio and barbecue tasty meals on the charcoal grill. The table seats eight to alfresco meals, and the bar seats two. On clear nights, kick back around the wood-burning firepit.

CORNERSTONE

Cornerstone sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV.

Settle in on the seciontal in the living area and stream favorite shows on the smart TV. Sip morning coffee and take delight in the breathtaking views on offer from the sunroom, featuring a sofa and an armchair.

The sleek kitchen is equipped with a host of helpful gadgets. Gather for tasty meals at the six-person dining table.

The first and second bedrooms each have a queen bed. The third bedroom is outfitted with a full-over-full bunk bed. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy expansive mountain vistas on the back deck. In the evening, dine at the picnic table.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer in each home.

Parking is available for five cars between two driveways. Street parking is not permitted.

The fireplaces are not operational.

Higher Ground is two stories and accessed via one exterior step. Cornerstone is one story and has step-free access from the driveway.

The exterior of each home is equipped with security cameras.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
