College Reunion

Six college friends were looking to enjoy a long weekend together in AVL 40 years after graduation. We wanted each trip member to have a comfortable bedroom with a house that offered plenty of indoor and outdoor space to catch up. We utilized the well equipped kitchen and had a full breakfast each morning and bbq dinner on the deck in night. The house was clean, comfortable and had all of fun amenities advertised. Thanks to our host for the welcome bottle of wine and pastries on our arrival. I highly recommend this house for big family and friend groups.

Beautiful Property close to Asheville

Stayed here in early March for a wedding in Asheville. Short drive or rideshare to the city center and plenty of rooms to accommodate a larger group! Owner was very responsive leading up to and during the stay. There were snacks (some outdated) and a bottle of Chardonnay for our group upon arrival :) Weather was perfect for the hot tub and while we didnt use the fire pit, it was nice to have the optionThe Sauna required us finding a YouTube video explaining how to turn it on properly but an awesome addition for the morning after recovery Would highly recommend and stay again when we return to the area.

Mostly Good

Host was responsive to issues with kitchen outlets and one appliance not working, bringing us coffee and donuts which was much appreciated. Main floor AC did not work and host did not respond when asked about it. Guests slept hot. Also some dirty cups and dishes were stacked in the kitchen cabinets. Overall a pretty positive stay, but more small issues than normal are holding it back from 5 stars.

Great Reunion Visit

This was probably the best equipped VRBO we’ve stayed in. It was perfect for 11 long-time friends to spend a weekend reconnecting. The house was very comfortable for a group our size, and well appointed. Our host was very responsive to any questions, and even provided snacks for us. Would definitely return.

Excellent getaway for a large group!

I spent the weekend there with 11 close friends, and we had a wonderful time. The house was spacious, clean, and well outfitted. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking supplies so we could make home-cooked meals for our large group while we were there. The views from the back porches were breathtaking. My only complaint was we didn't have more time to spend there!

Spacious home in a great neighborhood

This home worked out great for a group of friends. The neighborhood is beautiful, the views are incredible, and the location is close to everything. The owner was super responsive on one small issue we had, and the checkout process was easy. Highly recommend!
