The residence is relatively quiet, located approx. 350 m from the centre and only 250 m from miles of natural sandy beaches at the beginning of the La Clape nature reserve.

Within a radius of 2-6 km, there are diving, sailing and surfing schools, a kite surfing spot, a jet ski school and rental, a riding school, wineries with tastings and fine dining ([hidden] l'Hospitalet), excellent cycling and hiking trails in La Clape (except in July and August), and great fish and weekly markets in Narbonne-Plage, St. Pierre La Mer and the old town of Gruissan.
