The fit-out is that of a short-stay rental: enough to prepare and eat simple meals, sleep and work. It is not a fully stocked kitchen, and we would rather say so upfront. The amenity list on the listing is the reference.



Guest Access:

Self check-in: a 4-digit code is sent to you before arrival.



Access: the studio is on the third floor of a period building with no lift. The staircase is wooden and narrow — worth planning for if you travel with heavy luggage. The flat is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.



Parking: one free private parking space is reserved for you at the rear of the building, through the main gate. It is an outdoor space, not a private lock-up garage.



You have the whole studio to yourself.

Good to know: the avenue is busy and the building is occupied year-round by residents. The area is practical and well connected — it is not a quiet historic-centre street.



Getting Around:

About a 15-minute walk from Charleville-Mézières train station. Bus stops are immediately nearby, with regular services to the city centre.
