Raised Beach House With Elevator! Three bedroom two full bath raised beach house in Oceanside Village. Large kitchen with double ovens, island range and everything you need for preparing meals and snacks. The bedrooms are large with two queens, and two twins with sleeper sofa. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Wrap around decking for afternoon unwinding and grilling/picnic area down below and outdoor shower! What a great vacation property. Oceanside Village has indoor pool, two outdoor pools and water park, ocean front parking for guests beside the Conch Cafe! Onsite golf cart rental with great rates!

Beach days

Very close to beach and pictures are exactly what property looked like. Very nice and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

The house was clean and neat. Fresh linens were left on all the beds at check-in. Plenty enough room for 6 people. Loved the family hangout spot in the carport. Would stay here again!

Vacation 2023

Upon check in we found the house very clean. Well equipped kitchen, linens provided. Slept our 7 very comfortably. Oceanside Village is a lovely community. We took advantage of the on-site golf cart rental . I would recommend purchasing the key card. Loved that we had private beach access/ parking. The grandkids have asked to make this our go to summer vacation spot. Booking was easy and host’s responded immediately to my questions.

Family vacation

The house was in a good location to pool and beach. It definitely needs updated several of the outlets did not work.The tv is outdated along with dvd player. When you have a technical logically family it was difficult since player didnt play bluray movies.There is limited seating in the livingroom area.We made it work.

Poor customer services from manager. Contract was broken.

Bought grocery to grill when we arrived Thursday night. Property had no Grill. We had to go out for dinner. 8 of us. I call the proprty manager on Friday morning and Tabitha the resv. lady said we should have a grill on sight and she would find out from Lisa or the owners what to do. Tabitha said I could go buy a small grill and they would see about giving me my money back. I said no and we had to go out again. I have yet to here from Lisa the property manager. We went out again on Saturday night nad came home on Sunday instead of Monday. My son wanted to use the gym and was told it would be $30 per day. The contract says that a grill at the house. Tabitha said the owner said it rusted out and they put it in the trash and said nothing to any one. The gym policy also changed and no one was notified. I request a full refund because the contract was broken.

The rental agreement you signed is specific in nature as to damaged items or down time due to circumstances beyond our control. You contacted our staff and as we had not been made aware of the damage to the grill, we were willing to reimburse you for a small grill and you refused. You stated that you had to take everyone out for dinner because you didn’t cook on appliances. We are not responsible for the fitness center rules for the Village. As such, we do not have that listed as an amenity. The other amenities were available and you used the property for your entire stay. I responded to you via email twice and you refused to reply in writing. The statements you referenced were not entirely accurate and your demeanor and threats to my Reservation Specialist to leave a bad review unless we did as you demanded truly made me want everything in writing.
