- An open-plan kitchen with a central island fitted with a work surface and dining area, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower, WC and washing machine

First floor:
- Sleeping area: One king-size bed (180x200) and one single bed (90x200)
- A bedroom adjoining the sleeping area (separated by a sliding door): One king-size bed (180x200)

For added convenience, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue/plancha.

Outside:
- A beautiful 1,000 m² private, unfenced garden with a brazier and a south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is located in Saint-Aubert-sur-Orne, in the heart of the countryside, in a very quiet and pleasant setting. All amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, market, etc.) are around 20 minutes away by car.
