Adventure awaits no matter the season at this beautifully renovated family hideaway, located in the heart of Sunriver and within easy walking distance to Fort Rock Park. Make use of the provided bikes and explore the scenic trails or cruise to SHARC and access pools, sports courts, and seasonal recreation.

Modern interior upgrades include designer touches like hardwood flooring, an impressive stone fireplace, and a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar seating, and a welcoming dining table. The adjacent living room - appointed with a stylish sofa, armchair, and TV - invites fireside conversation anytime. French doors provide seamless access to a sunny sitting room with soaring ceilings and tall slanted windows. The furnished loft alcove provides a perfect view of the sky for stargazing.

Breathe the crisp mountain air on the deck while dinner sizzles on the gas grill. An outdoor table and bench seating provide ample space for family gatherings. Pack lightly, your vacation rental also has a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Only three bath towels in our bathroom and one was pretty threadbare. Kitchen scissors and wine opener would have been nice to have been provided.

We loved our stay here. The house has been updated and is very nice. The layout with the sunroom, upstairs loft and kids nook all added to the charm. The house is well situated near Fort Rock Park with quick bike trail access and is only a few miles from Sharc and the Village Mall. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We really like the uniqueness of the house. we didn't like that there wasn't AC.especially upstairs. we did all the things they said to try to keep it cool but it was still pretty warm. Especially when it was smoky and we couldn't open the windows which is frequent in August now. opening the windows was a nightmare because the screens don't fit and left huge gasps so lots of motha and mosquitoes came in which was very frustrating. Shower curtain is moldy. Furniture quite stained. Not sure extra blankets were washed. No extra pillow cases for extra pillows. Love Sharc passes.check out instructions varied between book and text message so a bit confusing. Hope we did okay.

The house is really nice, clean, and in a great location for easy biking to the village and SHARC. It was a perfect size for our small family of 4 and our kids loved it. We arrived on a 95 degree day and despite no A/C, the house was plenty cool enough. We appreciated the house being stocked with games and toys, bikes, etc though I would note that there is indeed a basketball in the shed. I did ask that before we came and they told us there were none so we packed one which would've been nice to leave behind. There is also a soccer ball. So the property managers didn't seem to know all the things available, but that's my only small complaint.

Great house near Ft. Rock Park

We really enjoyed staying here! Super cute decorations and very warm and inviting updated look. Great kitchen and dining area for our smaller family. Loved that all rooms had TVs and comfy beds. The kids nook above stairs was also a fun bonus. Very convenient and easy to use washer/dryer. Close access to Ft. Rock Park and bike paths. No AC, but house stays cool up stairs and down if you follow clear instructions given by owners. Clean, well cared for home. We would book again in future if it was available. We appreciated the availability of four bikes in the shed to use during stay. SHARC passes included, were great and easy to keep track of on hooks, with lanyards.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this peaceful forest retreat. The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that made traveling with little ones a breeze. The doors were perfect for keeping our baby safely contained, and our older child fell in love with the upstairs loft—she would’ve happily stayed there the entire trip, playing and pretending in her own cozy hideaway. The kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed, and the setting among the trees was pure serenity. Each morning, we loved having breakfast outside at the picnic table, listening to the birds and soaking in the stillness. If you’re looking for a place to branch out and recharge, this is it. We can’t wait to return!

Peaceful sanctuary

This was the perfect last stop on a busy road trip. Only stayed one night but wished we could stay more. Everything was comfortable and in good order. Good feeling in the place.

Super cute place but too close to the road and beds were not comfortable at all. It's such a bummer to rent a nice house but the beds won't allow you to sleep well. ruins the vacation. We left a day early

Sun River Stay - and skiing at Mount Bachelor

A few family members stayed in this property in connection with a couple of mid-week days to ski at Mount Bachelor. The place worked well for us. We made dinner one night at the unit - and easily traveled to Bend for dinner two other nights. It was also an easy trip to Mount Bachelor ski are from the unit. The area where the unit sits is lovely - and the communication with the property management went smoothly. This booking worked out well for us.

Great little place

This is a great little place. It’s clean and happy. It is time to clean the heat vents and behind the dryer and dryer vent. We lubed all the squeaky doors while we were there. Have a great winter!

Wonderful, Quiet, Restful Stay

Nice, quiet place to relax. Nothing like Sunriver. Stars at night. The SHARC. A nice bike ride around the grounds. If you aren’t a fit cyclist, bring your own. The provided bikes are awfully high geared for Sunriver hills. A bit tough to pedal. Geared bikes are a better match! Highly recommended place to stay. We will be back!
