Here at Copper Bottom cottage, accommodating guest is effortless on the spacious deck made for entertaining with an amazing view of the water. Enjoy breakfast or a romantic dinner at the dining area while enjoying the view of the channel.Long Island Village $93 Resort Fee included. Copper Bottom Cottage is the place to stay! Accommodating guests is effortless on the spacious deck made for entertaining with an amazing view of the water.
This property comes with a place to dock your boat and a private dock to fish from. Clean your catch on the spot with a fish cleaning station and outdoor shower to rinse off.
Enjoy a swim in either the indoor or outdoor pools and hot tubs or partake in any other amenities the Long Island Village has to offer. With a 18-hole, par-3 golf course, tennis courts and miniature golf, there is something for the whole family.
ATTENTION: You will be required to pay a $90 admin fee with the community when you arrive. This gives you access to all amenities. They take cash or credit. There is a 3% charge on credit cards.

Just minutes away from tourist attractions, shopping and dining in the charming town of Port Isabel and only a ten minute drive across the Queen Isabella causeway to the sandy beaches of South Padre.

This property allows up to two pets. Additional Pet Fee applies. Children are not allowed unattended in the downstairs unit.

Great place. Good communication with the property manager. It was really nice that the bathrooms were stocked with soap and shampoo - a rarity with VRBOs!

Check-in was simple and easy.The property was neat, easily accessible from the beach, wonderful propane barbecue pit, fishing from the deck; kitchen and kitchenware was fully stocked; four beds, amenities were great- golf, pool, pickle ball court, very friendly community.3 out of 4 of the beds were uncomfortable. The king size bed and the bedroom on the bottom floor with the restroom was too soft. The second bedroom on the top floor was too hard. The second bedroom on the bottom was perfect. Wifi was not connected initially; mold was in the ceiling of both restrooms on the top floor; a/c went out the second night but was restored by the next morning. Roku stick did not work.I would recommend this place only if the issues were corrected. Really loved the kitchen with its utensils, cutting boards, pots, pans, silverware, seasonings, etc. Make sure you bring your own water.

On a private island

Everything is within a 3mile radius. This place has plenty of space and showers are huge. You can walk to the activity center from this home. AC worked awesome and the BBQ pit was a bonus. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Strongly recommend this cottage. Also, u can fish right out the bottom balcony. The permanent residents there were very pleasant. Every home there is different and unique. Pick this one.

Children are not allowed in the lower unit or lower deck unattended. There is easy access to the water. Entire area is not fenced off. A pump is used in the lower unit for the shower, sin and toilet, as it is below ground level. The pump will make noise when in use and is easily clogged. Please only use toilet paper provided and use moderately between flushes.
