Given false information on location of property at time of booking. Was 47 miles from preferred location. As we were riding bikes and not feeling well it was impossible to get to the location after already biking 49 miles. Would have been a total of 96 miles to complete in one day to reach the property.

This is not true. Let me post your message to me “ Tiffany; I’m sorry but we’ve been delayed to an illness 😢and can’t make it to you tonight. Would you consider refunding my money?” Before that we never communicated. I think you are upset that a refund wasn’t given but either way to make up a lie is unfortunate. Have a great day.

Clean property. Convenient location. Owner fixed issue of no working hallway light going up inside stairs promptly. Small Window air conditioning unit Only in living room - not adequate to cool bedroom or other areas. No screen in bedroom window to open for air. Inadequate outside lighting in parking area if arriving after dark. Uneven porch entry steps outside and Very steep stairs to get to unit - difficult to navigate with luggage.

Perfect for what we needed

We very much enjoyed the look, feel and functionality of this apartment. It had everything we needed for us to comfortably stay in the area to visit with family who had a rental on Lake Champlain just 10 minutes away.

I’m not thinking pet friendly! Those stairs would be a challenge for several dogs. The space was clean and well kept. The stove was way out of level! Refrigerator door should swing to the left toward the wall not away from it. It was fine for a couple of days.

Excellent

Everything was great! The place was just as advertised and in a very convenient location right near st Albans Main Street. I especially appreciated the nice thoughtful touches in the bathroom (Complementary makeup remover wipes, Q-tips, cotton pad, shampoo/conditioner etc). Bed was very comfy. Check in was easy. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Thoughtfully prepared home

The apartment was adorable. I really enjoyed how tastefully it was decorated. It was furnished with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. One thing that was extra nice was that there were plentry of towels and wash cloths. It's really close to St. Albans City downtown. It's a beautiful downtown amd we enjoyed walking around the stores and farmer's market.

Overnight stay

The property was exactly as listed. The apartment was well equipped and organized. The furnishings were adequate. The bed and bedding was perfect! The only negative was the steep flight of stairs that we weren’t counting on. We are nearing our 70’s and lugging our luggage up those stairs was a work out. Your pricing was spot on and we would rent again, perhaps opting for a downstairs unit if available. 😊
