Summary: Welcome to Metro Tempe Apartments. We offer fully remodeled furnished studio apartments. All of our units feature full kitchens, high speed plug in or wireless internet, full size sofa sleeper and king mattress. Check in is contactless, keypad code to your email on day of check in. This is a comfortable Studio right off of the 101 at Price and Southern. End units may have freeway noise so if you are sensitive, this may not be the space for you. These are interior corridor units so if someone breaks our policies and smokes tobacco or marijuana, you may smell that. We have a strict non smoking policy that we enforce but people do break these rules.
Decent location, but I killed a lot of bugs crawling on the floor, counters, refrigerator. Bed was clean and people were nice.

Awful experience
I tried getting an early check in and the person I was texting was really rude, wanted to charge $50, and kept telling me to check back in later to see if a unit was available early. They stopped responding altogether. There are homeless people all over the property and lobby. We couldn’t get into our room because the code they gave didn’t work, but the front desk couldn’t reset the code so I had to call the management company. They sent me to voicemail and texted me the most ridiculous instructions to get into the room. After 30 minutes of that, we got in. We paid for a two bedroom but they gave us a one bedroom. Again, the front desk couldn’t do anything so they tried calling the management company but were also sent to voicemail. After almost an hour, the person at the front desk said she would work something out and get back to us, which she never did. When we got back for the evening, the front door to the lobby was locked and we had no way to get in. The security guard walked by and we asked to be let in and he pointed to the management number on the door and said to call them. Well we got sent to voicemail again, and the security guard said “oh well” and walked away. Luckily another guest knew how to get in and let us in, and as we get inside I see that the security officer walked in through a different side door.
Apparently other people were having the same issues where they couldn’t get into their rooms, they were assigned the wrong room, or one person literally came back into the lobby saying there were people already occupying the room she was assigned to. One family said they got into their room, but only because the door was left open.
I got zero check in or check out instructions from the company.
