Welcome to our condo, Allswel Pointe. We are located at the highly desirable Magnolia Pointe complex in the center of Myrtle Beach. With views of Myrtlewood golf course from the patio, we are tucked away enough to create your serene and relaxing getaway but still in the middle of everything Myrtle Beach as to offer. This central location is one of the most popular and most visited rental destination along the Grand Strand. Take a golf cart ride to the beach (1.5 miles) or shopping/dining at the Broadway at the Beach (2 miles). Or take a 5 minute bike ride to the intercoastal waterway. When you arrive at Allswel Pointe, you will be able to park (for free) right at the building. We are located on the 3rd floor so you can take the stairs or the elevator. You will use the personal access code (provided before arrival) and enter the condo. Then you will find tastefully neutral, beach themed spacious living area, fully- equipped kitchen, and a 6 person dining area. There is a private balcony overlooking Myrtlewood Golf Course, several grilling areas, and 1 of the 7 outdoor pools on the property. The pools also each have a pool house with bathrooms. In the master bedroom, there is a firm king size bed, dresser, and closet with a private master bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, and closet with access to 2nd bathroom with walk in shower. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Our unit accommodates up to 6 guests. (MAX IS 6) A gas station and grocery store are within 1 minute of condo. CLOSE TO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING IN MYRTLE BEACH.
- Towels, sheets, blankets, and pillows provided. (Beach towels are not provided)
- Full size washer/dryer in unit.
- Iron and iron board provided.
- Hair dryer in each bathroom
- Flat screen TV in each bedroom and living room
- Free WIFI
- Fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, pots, pans, toaster,
crock pot, coffee maker, and more!

bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen.

Please be advised, this is a PRIVATELY owned condo. Please treat it as you would your own home. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 8am. There is security on premises. Please respect other residents.

Quick Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay at Allswel. The condo was clean, quiet and centrally located. Our host Amy was very kind and communicative. When we return to the area we will book Allswels again.

Magnificent Myrtle Stay

We were in town for a dance competition and absolutely loved our stay at the condo! The location is excellent. Everything was super clean, updated, and comfy. The mattresses were amazing (even the sofa bed!). We had a pool in our backyard and the community seemed very safe and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Best Condo and Host in Myrtle

I will keep it brief and to the point. EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN, Extremely quiet, Convenient. Super easy check-in and check-out. Fantastic communication. Amy is THE BEST host on VRBO. I cannot recommend her or her condo enough!

Simply perfect!

Great location. Spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Hosts are helpful and courteous. All four of us are very happy we chose Allswel Pointe and would not hesitate to book it again.

Great stay in Myrtle Beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean. Amy quickly responded when a smoke alarm needed a new battery. Location was quiet and close to everything. We enjoyed this unit and would recommend.

Very Nice Getaway

Nice quiet area. Not far from the beach. It was very nice & was clean. Carpet could use spot cleaning, The Balcony overlooks golf course & pool. Overall it is a very nice place to stay.

Magnolia point condo

Amazing

Allswell Pointe is a beautiful, well kept condo. Everything you need for your stay was provided. The balcony was very peaceful to enjoy coffee in the morning. When we come back to Myrtle beach I will definitely stay again.

Myrtle Beach Retreat

Everything was at the condo that we needed for our 6 week stay. My husband and I felt at home there. My sister stopped by on her way to Florida and she agreed with me. Amy couldn’t have been any more helpful, she was the perfect host even checking on us during our stay. I would definitely recommend this quiet and clean condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring golf vacation

Amy was the perfect host. Very easy to communicate with. The condo was everything we wanted a more. Clean and comfortable. We stayed 20 days and it felt like home. Location is central to shopping, the ocean and golfing. Looking forward to going back next spring.

Beautiful and welcoming condo

Exactly what we were looking for!

Our overall experience with our first stay using vbro was amazing. The rental unit was just as described and exceeded our expectations. Golfing condo for a couple of 60 somethings.

This is a modern, clean, comfortable condo. Communication with Amy (the owner) was always incredibly prompt even at 5:30am. She serviced all of our wants and needs with a proverbial smile. I would rent this again in a heartbeat.

We could not have had a better experience!! Amy and Nate were easy to communicate with, answering all our questions. The condo is in a great location, with access to several pools, is very well maintained, and fully stocked. They did a great job making our stay enjoyable. We can’t wait to use them in the future.

Excellent stay. My kids loved swimming in a different pool everyday. Took a ride to the beach via golf cart. Awesome. Beautiful condo. Very spacious. You will be amazed. Lovely community. Would love to visit again.

Wonderful property, as advertised!

We stayed at this property during Spring Break for my son’s high school baseball spring training week. We could not have been more satisfied with the unit. Located right on Myrtlewood golf course with a pool right next to the property. The unit was very clean and stocked with all the comforts of home. Owner was very responsive and communicated with us before, during and after our stay. Would highly recommend!
