Walk or catch a bus or grab an e-bike and make your way downtown for breweries, murals, and great happy hours around the neighborhood. Close to Avanti Food Hall and Edgewater Public Market. What more can I say? I really enjoyed this unit, the neighbors are very friendly, it is in a nice neighborhood and centrally located.

Amazingly comfortable
The newly nicely finished basement unit has well defined living spaces that are bigger than picture indicates. There is a decent amount of natural light, but there is also plenty of recessed lighting on dimmer switches. Bathroom is a big room with oversized shower. Great water pressure. Bed is very comfortable. The shared space is secure which is also where washer and dryer are located. Parking in back alley makes access to house very easy. I did hear some movement from upstairs unit but nothing distracting. The location is a dream. Home is located in a residential neighborhood of mostly older brick bungalows. Walkable Sloans Lake to the west and an easy drive to Speer that takes you into the heart of Denver to the east. I enjoyed the unit and it's location. Marla was easy to do business with. The unit could be my forever home.

We love to travel and have given extra attention to things we want when we are traveling. Private entrance into a well-insulated space. It has everything you need for a longer-term stay, fully equipped and fully furnished. This studio is in a prime Denver location with easy access to highways I-25 and I-70 to get to the mountains with ease. Denver has become a food and microbrew mecca and our neighborhood reflects it. Monthly housecleaning is available for contracts over two months. If we are in town, we will greet you and answer any questions you may have about places to visit and where to eat. Otherwise, we have a house manager to attend to your needs.
