Here, you'll find serenity, conviviality, and the authenticity of a region proud of its traditions. In the heart of a working farm, this detached U-shaped house has been completely renovated and sits on a large, enclosed 1700m² plot. Enjoy the covered terrace furnished with garden furniture, a griddle, and a 6-7 person hot tub for moments of relaxation. The Nouguès gîte, located on the ground floor, offers an ideal setting between countryside and leisure activities. It includes: a living room/kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, 3 induction hobs, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A spacious and comfortable living room with a TV area and a games table for enjoying quality time with family and friends. 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds, 2 single beds, including a master suite with a private bathroom (shower, toilet), 2 of which open onto the covered terrace). A second bathroom with toilet. A separate toilet. A laundry room with a washing machine. For your comfort in all seasons, reversible heating and cooling. Baby equipment and Wi-Fi are available, as well as a dedicated charging point for electric vehicles. Please let us know if you are traveling with an electric vehicle. Your pet is welcome. A countryside escape for the whole family, surrounded by fields, cows, and ducks in a pristine natural setting!
