Fenced garden with swimming pool (6x3m and 1m30 deep) and two terraces not overlooked.
Carport for two cars.
Bright and very pleasant old house, consisting of an entrance hall which leads to the toilet, the laundry room, a bedroom under the roof and the living room. The dining room opens onto a kitchen and a very bright living room as well as the master suite with shower room and dressing room.
Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, a large shower room with WC and a dressing room. All bedrooms are equipped with 140 beds.
