This charming home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with a corner lot providing ample parking and easy beach access. Whether you’re relaxing on the front screened porch, grilling on the back deck, or enjoying the ocean breeze, Will-o-Layne is the ideal retreat for families and friends.

We showed up after a long day of travel to the property. Paid additional money to access the property early. The house was not clean and in the middle of the night we lost electricity. The rental company assisted in moving my family to another property, but we lost several hours packing up and moving everyone and unpacking at the new home. The electrical issues were significant enough to have several Dominion workers on the scene. Overall, this whole process was a total pain.

Pros: Such a great set up for kids! The couch is so cozy and fun, and the closed-in front porch was amazing. Such an easy walk to the beach. It had everything we needed! We'd definitely stay here again.Cons: When we checked in, the 7 on the lock wasn't working and it took us several minutes and really pressing the heck out of the button for it to work. It was really frustrating and people kept thinking they had been locked out. Just a heads up to management that you might want to fix that. There were also a couple random things left around the house (an empty fan box, a detached ceiling light) that made it seem like maintenance had just been there but hadn't cleaned up afterwards. Small things, more for the management company than guests.

Exceptional family stay

The house was a great place for our multi generational family. A few houses from beach access. Need to cross busy Palm Blvd, but no issue. The house was well stocked and very clean. The property manager was very responsive. We had some flooding due to heavy rains and they took care of it. It did not disrupt our stay in any way. My favorite spot was dining, playng games, and sitting on a large screened in porch.

The perfect house for relaxing with family and friends!

We had such a great time at this beautiful house! It is clean, well appointed, and great location. We were able to get into Charleston easily, enjoy the beach, and relax at the house. We hope to visit again soon!

Nice place

Exceptionally clean and at a great location. Air conditioning kept the house very comfortable through the day. The beach buggy was a big help getting things to and from the beach. Well equipped.

Best Near the Beach

Our group of 7 stayed here for a week for a family reunion, and we were SO GLAD we were able to book this property! The house is a little like a beach bungalow -- older, but very well maintained and charming. There are ceiling fans in almost all rooms and on the front porch where we enjoyed coffee, beverages, and several meals. The beds were quite comfortable and well-arranged for a family. We REALLY want to know where the comfy armchairs in the living room came from, so we can get some too! The property manager was very responsive - the dryer wasn't working during our stay, so she had our laundry done at the local laundromat (what a nice vacation for me!). It's a beautiful property, inside and out, and about a 5 minute walk (4 houses and cross the street) to the beach. There were some beach toys, body boards, chairs, and a cart for guest use. We would absolutely stay again.
