Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment as well as a parking space, allowing them to enjoy their stay in complete comfort and peace of mind. Check-in is done by key collection at the agency, ensuring a simple and well-organized welcome upon arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a quiet yet lively neighborhood, ideal for an enjoyable stay. You will find many shops nearby, including bars, restaurants, a Petit Casino grocery store, and a Casino supermarket, allowing you to easily enjoy local services and the area’s atmosphere while still benefiting from a peaceful setting.



Getting Around:

🚶 On foot: The beach is directly accessible at the foot of the residence, perfect for walks and swimming anytime.

🚲 By bike: Easy travel around Valras and the surrounding area thanks to the cycling paths.

🚗 By car: A private parking space is included, a real advantage by the seaside for easy trips to Béziers or Cap d’Agde.

💳 Security Deposit Required

A security deposit will be required via a bank card pre-authorization. You will receive a secure link 2 days before your arrival to complete the registration process. Without this security deposit, access to the property cannot be granted.

Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out: possible only subject to availability, with an extra charge of €40. Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required. If the late arrival after 11:00 p.m.
