It comprises a 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). Sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!

This cottage is composed as follows:
Ground floor
- 15 m² living room with TV, pull-out sofa bed (sleeps two) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with bath

Outside:
- A 90 m² shared, heated and covered swimming pool is available from the Easter holidays to the All Saints' Day holidays.
- A private, open-plan 15 m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The maisonnette is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
