Located in the popular Waikoloa Beach Resort-just 5 mins from the beach as well as restaurants, shops and nightlife! This is a private end unit located on the second floor of Vista Waikoloa. It is fully renovated as of 2020!. The condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a living area of 1,286 sqft and a large wrap-around lanai. The primary bedroom is oversized with extra space and extra windows. - Completely remodeled Kitchen with Extra Storage as well as a Modern Remodel in Both Bathrooms with Floating Vanities - Island Style Furnishings- Porcelain Flooring in Living-room & Kitchen - Pull Out Couch and Lounge Chair in the Living room. The complex has stairs and elevators with one assigned parking stall per condo. There is guest parking available as well as 75 foot heated saltwater lap pool, two spas, BBQ area pavilion, fitness center and business center. You will absolutely love this location!

The condo was very spacious. There was long black hair left all over the main bathroom. I contacted the house keeper who asked for pictures. I provided them and she said she would make it right and did not . The cleanliness was definitely lacking. There is no hot water in the master bathroom and the toilet ran all morning and all night making it frustrating to try to fall asleep

Super comfortable and great location

The apartment was super well stocked - sunscreen, shampoo/conditioner, beach and shower towels; these little details made our stay even more comfortable. The pool and hot tub are fabulous, with easy walk to A Bay and Kings Shops. We had a great stay.

Great spot in Wailkaloa

What a wonderful place to stay. Was there with family (2 littles and 2 adults), and there was everything we needed for cooking and having fun at the beach. Check-in process was smooth and easy, and the manager was very responsive. Would stay again if we make it back to Hawai'i!

Great stay

This property was great! Checking in and out was easy and parking was always available. The property was very clean and had everything we could need. It is located in a very convenient area, not far from shops, restaurants, and beaches. I would highly recommend this property.

Clean, spacious, convenient location

We enjoyed our stay. Was a beautiful place, very pleasant outdoor lanai with lots of big sliding glass doors that gave a lovely indoor/outdoor feel. Also was convenient to have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and cooler!

Beautiful condo; great location

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It's spacious, has all the amenities we wanted, and was a short distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The owner and property manager were both very responsive and helpful. We would stay at this condo again.

Relaxing stay

Very comfortable condo. Quiet and very relaxing. Beach and trails within walking distance. Also nice easy walk to Kings' and Queens' Shops. If you have a vehicle, this is a nice place to stay to explore the rest of the island.

Amazing Location

Amazing location, away from the noise and crowds closer to the airport in Kona. Half hour drive North from KOA was simple and straight forward. Unit close to waterfront, beach and golf courses. Beautiful mountain view from the wrap around lanai. The complex was quiet.

Beautiful condo, excellent location!

We enjoyed two weeks in January. We walked to almost everything. The listing is accurate and the condo has everything you’d need.good communication with the owner and the property manager. Can’t wait to revisit!

Great hospitality!

Loved the 2nd floor location of this condo and the wrap around lanai. Communication with owners was great. Ramona went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. She was so easy to reach, quick to reply, and helpful. Thank you for letting us enjoy a week in paradise at your home!

Waikiki’s condo

Very nice and clean. All the kitchen and beach amenities you could want. Laundry in condo. Lovely lanai. Perfect for 2 people or family with younger kids (second bedroom is not a fully separate room). Short walk to a great beach and short drive to many great beaches. Wonderful!

Lovely location and Lanai

This condo has everything. Kitchen is fully equipped and has tons of containers to store your food in. The lanai is beautiful and has great privacy on one side unlike the other condos. Parking and trash take out is very convenient. It’s a nice walk to the shops and to the beach as well. It seems like an older retired clientele in these units which was perfect for our younger family that wanted to enjoy some pool time at the end of our days. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet paradise at Waikoloa

I broke my ankle while staying in Kona, so because we had to stay longer for health reasons. I chose this condo because it was wheelchair accessible. It is a wonderful, quiet and clean place. My husband could wheel me to the pool easily. The kitchen was very well equipped. The walk-in shower was one of the best I’ve ever had in a vacation rental. I highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful place.

Exterior painting during our stay

I wish we would have been notified when we booked the rental that they would be painting the exterior of the building. Our front door was taped with plastic, there were ladders in the middle of the pathways, and our windows were covered with plastic. Throughout the day there was considerable noise. Frustrating given the cost of the rental.

Hawaii Trip

Overall, a pleasant stay. We were visiting for work reasons, and thus, did not use some amenities that would be important for people on vacation. For our purpose, an excellent set-up. The kitchen had all of the appliances and equipment we needed for cooking. The bed was comfortable. We did not use the other bedroom area. The problem with central AC meant use of portable air conditioners - thus bedrooms were cold and noisy. This should be resolved when AC system is repaired. Some minor issues with cleanliness noted in the bathrooms. Was great to be able to sit out on the lanai during the warm evenings. Not easy to initially find the building in the dark. Might help to have a map for guests to guide them after they enter the gate. Great location with easy walking distance to beaches, nearby resorts and shopping.

Spacious Condo!

This condo was very spacious for family of 4… kids stayed in the twin beds room and I loved how that room had sliding doors to open during the day and close during the night. The lanai (balcony) is huge! We felt comfortable staying there and would stay there again. Only feedback is that the master bed was too soft for us but that is minor and just our personal preference. Beautiful Location

Excellent location near shops and beach. Condo was clean and host was easy to get ahold of when there was an issue with the internet. Problem was fixed quickly. Plenty of linens and dishes to go around. I would stay here again.

nicely updated condo near everything

We had a great time at this updated condo. Lots of pluses: near the shops & beach; stocked with things like saran wrap, coffee filters, spices, laundry detergent, shampoo, beach chairs, etc.; air conditioning; and Ramona (who helps manage the unit), who was super responsive any time we had a question or needed anything (the owner is really easy to work with, too). The complex is nicely maintained and the pool w 2 hot tubs is lovely. This was a good jumping off point to explore the beautiful island.
