Very well maintained, updated, and clean property. Plenty of amenities from extra linens, kitchen supplies, as well as a wonderful, hot tub and porch with amazing views. My partner and I also loved the indoor gas fireplace and comfortable beds. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful mountain getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay and this secluded mountain get away! Everything was perfect including all the activities within the area. It was nice to come back to a "home away from home" feel. Fantastic vacation spot!

The views from this cabin were beautiful. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Excellent directions. Plenty of wood for fires. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and at night watched the stars come out. Hot dog sticks were great making delicious hotdogs over the fire. We heard a barred owl a couple of nights and saw deer on the road in. Excellent restaurants in the area.

My husband and I loved our stay at Mountain Magic and didn’t want to leave! The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured, with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy and inviting shared space with a lovely gas fireplace. The view of the mountains was simply spectacular, especially while soaking in the hot tub and making s’mores by the outside fire pit. Bryson City and Cherokee are within 20 and 30 minutes, respectively, and are wonderful places to stroll around, shop, and explore. We particularly liked the Cherokee Cultural Center/Museum. We greatly enjoyed our scenic hikes in the nearby Nantahala National Forest and of course in the Great Smoky Mountains. Communication and instructions from the host were comprehensive and helpful. And the best part is that we could bring our dogs with us. Rent this home-you won’t be disappointed!

Exceptional Stay

We really enjoyed our visit to Mountain Magic. This is the ninth cabin we have stayed in and this one beats them all. Very clean, tons of amenities, and the views were unbelievable. We are definitely planning on coming back!

It’s all true!

View is outstanding. We spent 2 weeks and traveled ALL over the place and never found a better view! How tub was so inviting as we gazed at the stars. Centrally located too. Restaurant recommendations were spot on too. And the beds… so comfy!

Worth EVERY Penny!!!

This home is located perfectly in the mountains. Beautiful scenery. We really enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, and that grill had our T-Bones sizzling! Can't wait to visit again.

Quiet Mountain Retreat

We really enjoyed our time here. We slept like babies in the comfy beds! We spent mornings and evenings on the deck taking in the view-gorgeous! During the day, it’s a short drive to Bryson City with all its cute shops and tasty restaurants! Loved it!

Beautiful views, very well equipped cabin. It is a beautiful place, however it needs new windows on the main living area desperately. Loved the location. We will be back if in the area.

Amazing views!

We celebrated our 20th anniversary at this cabin and everything was wonderful. The views are amazing, the kitchen well stocked and clean and the hot tub was relaxing. There are 2 other cabins near this cabin but it remains private. It snowed our last night there and we were able to use the fireplace which made the cabin warm and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

I think the cabin maintains so much privacy is because the only other two cabins on this side of the mountain are past the parking area and are farther up the road (not behind, in front, or on the side of the cabin where the hot tub and fire pit are). Great Location

Our family of four had a great experience in this cabin. Everything you might need is there. We enjoyed the beautiful views, the movie selection, the fire pit, and the overall atmosphere. The drive going up and down the mountain was exciting too. This cabin is centrally located, close enough to attractions, but far away enough for serenity.

Steve and Kathleen are the Owners and Managers of "Mountain Magic" Cabin. We built this cabin with Vacation Guests in mind. Our goal was to create a rustic modern cabin that is both Romantic and Family friendly.

We love to hike, bike, and explore Nature. With the 50 + acres of green space behind the cabin (including a fishing pond) and the NOC so close, and the Tsali just down the road, we knew this was the area we wanted to be in. Once we saw these views, we just knew!
