The kitchen is very well-stocked and generously supplied for casual cooking or entertaining guests.

A spacious primary bedroom and two spacious guest bedrooms are located on three different corners of the house offering perfect separation and privacy. Each has a private en-suite with walk-in shower and all with the original fab 1963 pink and blue tile, again keeping with the original charm of this home.

All overages will be deducted from the guest’s deposit and a full accounting will be provided to the guests when the 30 to 45 days after guest departure when the bills are collected from the owner.
