This chic home was designed to provide easy access to your own private pool and spa like bathroom, easy access the Master Bedroom en-suite from the pool. The Master bath offers Carrara marble flooring, top of the line shower system, an oversized rain shower, double vanity and designer light fixtures. The Guest bathroom is also fully renovated with the same designer touches including a shower system, with a rain shower and marble flooring. The oversized Living area includes a modern gas fireplace, large Smart TV and designer furnishings. The courtyard offers plenty of privacy and your very own Putting Green! The Backyard is the main attraction, offering uninterrupted 270 degree views of the surrounding Mountains and Hillside, snow-capped in the winter. A sparkling 40 ft long pool that is 8 ft deep along with a spa. Easily access the golf course from the backyard to take a nice late afternoon stroll to enjoy the magical desert sunsets. Come & enjoy the desert in style! Within walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Center and a short drive to downtown Palm Desert and 25 minutes to Palm Springs. Come & enjoy the desert in style!
