This villa is just steps to the beach, Calibogue Sound, South Beach Marina Village, and the renowned Salty Dog Cafe, this 2-bedroom 2 bath villa comfortably accommodates a family or group of five. Enjoy a stroll to the sandy beaches, tennis, pickleball, and water sports while you're here. Maybe you just want to chill - easy to do outside on the patio where you can take in the views or grill some steaks. The living area is another great space to relax with a good book on the cozy couch, or maybe it's time for a family game or movie night!

A fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Fix your favorite dishes to enjoy at the dining table inside or outdoors. Put together a picnic basket of goodies to enjoy at the beach which is conveniently located just across the street. Your living space also features a laundry area, two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The 5,000-acre Sea Pines resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Explore the 605-acre forest preserve on foot or horseback, or head out on the water on a dolphin cruise, fishing excursion, or a peaceful kayak trip through the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town.

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

Fantastic location

Our family of 3 adults spent 2 weeks at Christmas where we played Pickleball, rode bikes, beach walked and explored the Island. Highly recommended!

Great time August 2024

Perfect location for family with kids. Tropical Storm Debbie did not even slow us down! We did it all- biking, shopping, dining, beaches, and catamaran cruise to finish our vacation!

The Perfect Vacation Villa

This villa is the perfect vacation spot. Great location with the sound and South Beach just steps away. The villa was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The view from the patio is so peaceful and beautiful. The management company was very responsive and welcoming. We will definitely rent this again.

Nice but not accurate listing

I booked this place based on the number of beds and size of beds. One of the beds was listed as a double but most definitely was not - it was a single. So we had to put someone on the pullout couch in the living room. Which then gave us no living room space to use as hangout area. The listing is misleading. The place was clean and nice otherwise. It was right next to the salty dog cafe.

Wonderful villa in excellent location

We have come to Hilton Head 6 times now and this was by far our favorite condo. It is beautifully decorated and you feel right at home at the beach. Excellent and short walk to the beach and the Salty Dog but the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Awesome smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms (they include hand soaps!!). Everything is very comfortable and I loved the walk in closet with washer/dryer. My only suggestion would be to add a floor length mirror 😊 overall we had a wonderful stay!!!

Gloomy but perfect

Weather was awful but condo was nice. Would suggest getting rid of the flimsy rugs as they are definitely a tripping hazard. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Master bath floor had something sticky on it...had to wash it.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was in a great location, close proximity to shops and restaurants. We loved the view of the marina out back. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed and had comfortable beds. I will say that it could probably use a deep cleaning, and there were a few items that could use repair, such as the main bedroom shower was not sealed and would leak when in use. Also, the washer left some rust like stains on some of our clothes. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommed this property.

Great for tennis players playing at a tournament at South Beach

We played at a tennis tournament based out of South Beach. It was a 5 minute walk to the courts, and was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We are in our 70's and fairly good shape, so the stairs were not an issue for us, but could be for people who do not handle stairs well. Property was clean, has a nice layout, and was very comfortable. Property manager was very good to work with as well. We would stay there again if in a similar situation.

1801 Bluff Villas

Overall I really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was perfect & I loved being so close to beach & Salty Dog village. I felt though several things could be improved, especially the bed linens which felt cheap & skimpy to me. Guests want to feel like they are sleeping in luxury or as close as possible, & this place fell short. Kitchen also was a hodgepodge of things & again didn’t meet my expectations for the price of condo.

Hilton Head Island Vacation

The property was great and the location was excellent if you love Sea Pines! We rented bikes, beach chairs and umbrella and were all set for riding on the beach and bike paths and going to the beach every day. One negative comment I will say is that the beach closest to the property (actually a lot of Sea Pines beach) was covered with smelly dead jelly fish and straw like seaweed, (bad timing to visit?). We made the best of it by visiting Hilton Head’s public beaches which were far nicer than the Sea Pines Beach (at this time). We biked the Sea Pines beach in the morning, which was good and beautiful, maneuvering around the jelly fish and then in the afternoon on Sea Pines’ excellent bike paths.

Overall very good

We would stay here again. The condo is in a great location, near the beach and salty dog. The unit was well anppointed and very comfortable. The communication with the rental agent was excellent, considering we arrived in HH very late at night. There are many details throughout. The beds were comfy and clean, and the Roku televisions were much appreciated. The unit was generally clean, with the exception of the bathroom floors, which needed a once over. The shower in the master bath is very small, and the water takes a long time to get warm. The pans in the kitchen could stand to be replaced.

From the time we booked to checkout the staff was ready and willing to do whatever was needed to make sure we had everything we needed. This included buying a brand new toaster when we found out that our unit didn't have one. They sent a new one to us inside of an hour!!! They made our arrival seamless and was always there to help when needed (which wasn't many times because everything was exactly as they said prior to booking). Perfect vacation, perfect company to book through!!

Disappointing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the Bluff Villas a number of times and I was very disappointed with our request for a maintenance issue. We arrived Wednesday, called Thursday to have someone come about two issues in the master bath. A maintenance man came and fixed one of the issues but said that the problem with the shower door was something that he could not do. He was going to find out who had done the renovation of the bath and get back to us. Monday I called the office to follow-up and was told that he was off Monday but the person that I spoke to would find out the status and call me back. We left Saturday without hearing from anyone. We never were able to use the shower in the master bath.

Adequate but not comfy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have to be honest. We did not enjoy this unit. Yes, its newly renovated, but everything felt very cheaply done. There were no LR curtains to the patio at all. We felt we had to turn out the lights at night to keep some privacy from the guests at the Wreck. Furnishings felt as if everything including fixtures were from Target,. i.e cheap. We have stayed a dozen places at the Bluffs over the years, and this one was the most disappointing. It needed another comfortable chair in LR, maybe a couple rugs, dinnerware still had sticker prices on them, it just have a very bare, stark feeling to it that was not inviting. Permanent residents seemed very unfriendly to vacationers even though we were quiet and mindful. Sorry, I love HH, but will not be looking to stay in this unit again. Management was nice enough, but owner should put some nicer furnishings in place.

Jody, thank you for taking the time to write this review. I would like to respond on our owner's behalf. They have spent so much time, money, and energy on the renovations of this villa and have added to it since you left. They have installed window treatments in the living room and bought another comfortable chair for the living room (thank you for the suggestions!) Since your stay, the owners have added more artwork and accessories throughout the unit. They take all feedback very seriously and try to accommodate as many of the guests' wants and desires as possible. Perfect Location for Relaxing Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, I love the South Beach area of Sea Pines. It is the perfect location for a relaxing stay, yet have the beach experience. Only steps to food and drinks at The Salty Dog and across the street from beach at Calibogue Sound....and THE SUNSETS! The unit has everything you need with an awesome view of South Beach Marina. I especially enjoyed the comfy chair in front of the window - perfect spot for reading even on a rainy day.
