Large house with a floor in a quiet location, at the end of a cul-de-sac, comfortable and functional, with an indoor swimming pool, ideal for family or friends' holidays. Spacious and well-arranged, it offers a pleasant setting to get together and fully enjoy your stay.

4 bedrooms:

3 bedrooms with double beds in 160 cm, including a master suite with en-suite bathroom and WC

1 bedroom with 3 single beds in 90 cm

Housing asset: covered swimming pool and large openings directly overlooking the outside, allowing you to have lunch sheltered, you will enjoy a magnificent garden in a quiet setting, fully enclosed and wooded, several terraces with garden furniture and sunbeds to enjoy the sun. A barbecue available for your outdoor meals.



Parking: you will be able to park 4 vehicles in the driveway.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
