This fully renovated luxury house spans 1,550 sq. ft., featuring 4 tastefully appointed bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, catering to families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers alike. Immerse yourself in the comfort of our home, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi, a private pool for leisurely days in the sun, and breathtaking views that promise a truly relaxing stay.

Our pet-friendly policy welcomes your furry friends (cats and dogs up to 25 lbs) with a nominal additional fee of $200 (+tax) per stay. For those desiring extra warmth, pool heating is available upon request at an additional cost. Please inform us at the time of booking regarding pet accommodation and pool heating preferences.

Comfortable Location

We were in the area for a sporting tournament and this was a terrific spot to land at the end of the day. Spacious and pleasant with a great pool area. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a gated golf-course community

We loved our stay. The community is beautiful, safe, quiet. The home was clean, well-stocked, and the backyard pool was just the best. We were close to nearly anything you could want, shopping, restaurants, theme parks. We had a couple of minor things come up with the house while we were there - but the host handled them quickly, kindly, and professionally. We would come back and stay again!

It felt like our home away from home!

I don't usually write reviews, but I highly recommend this lovely home! The neighborhood was a private, gated community and extremely quiet. The home was exactly as described in the listing. The check in/out instructions were very detailed and clear. The property was decorated tastefully, well maintained, and squeaky clean. The bedrooms were a nice size with plenty of storage and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than my home! There were so many thoughtful details such as extra blankets & linens, extra towels including beach towels to use when in the heated pool, an abundance of kitchen housewares …. the list is endless! The living room was so spacious & comfortable while the sliding glass doors made it feel like we were sitting outside. Thank you for making our vacation spectacular! We will most definitely be back to stay again in the future.

Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this vacation rental! Home was located in the gated Southern Dunes community, close to restaurants and shopping. It was a 40 (weekend) – 90 (weekday) minute drive to Universal Studios. The home was very clean and rooms/furnishings were generally as pictured with expected wear and tear. A very small supply of essentials was provided (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra trash bag, enough soap for 2 loads of dishes), though there were no baking dishes, cooking essentials (salt/pepper/oil), or laundry soap. While we had to pay extra for pool heat, we appreciate that the heater was on for 20 hrs per day, so the pool was always warm. And even though it’s a corner lot, the landscaping made the pool area private and cozy. The weather was cooler than usual during our stay, so we didn’t really need the air conditioner, which worked out nice since we didn’t find out until check in that the air conditioning is set to 80 degrees F during the day (75 F at night) and can’t be adjusted. (The heat was set to a comfortable 70 degrees F.) Check-in and out was easy and communication with the host was always prompt and clear. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would consider renting this home again if we find ourselves back in the Orlando area!

Great stay

It was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed it. Having the private pool was a great plus for the kids. Neighborhood felt safe. Very clean, easy check in, not much to do to leave property. Would have like to turn the air down at times but we survived. Over all we would go back.
