The property is located on Chemin du Carreyrou, in a quiet and highly sought-after residential area in the west of Valras-Plage. This neighborhood features recent developments that make walking to the seafront incredibly easy. It offers the perfect compromise: the tranquility of a residential complex while remaining just a few minutes' walk from the lively coastline.

• Beach: about 300 m (a 4 to 5-minute walk).

• Valras-Plage town center: about 1 km (a 12 to 15-minute walk).

• Shops, restaurants, and entertainment: within a few minutes' walk.

• Béziers: quickly accessible by car (about a 20 to 25-minute drive).
