2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located across from the beach with dedicated deeded beach access. Relax and enjoy the community pool, outdoor grilling area, and private gazebo extending into the private community lakes. Condo includes a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, smart TV's in each bedroom and living room, many board games and puzzles to enjoy. Large outdoor lanai for relaxing. Low density condo with elevator.

Great location

This property was better than we had imagined and in a great location. There were 4 restaurants within walking distance and the walk to the beach was easy. The condo had everything we needed and was super clean. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was extremely clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach. The host was very nice. We stayed with our two children who also loved this condo. The host had many board games that my kids thoroughly enjoyed playing. We also enjoyed the pool and the lake in the back of the property with the dock. We saw a lot of wildlife, which my two children absolutely loved. It was a quiet area. The property grounds were very clean. Very family friendly. We cannot wait to go back!

Nice quiet place in a great location

Stayed here for a softball tournament and was pleasantly surprised with the condo. It was a quiet complex with a nice pool and great location. Condo had everything we needed and was comfortable. Definitely would stay here again if we go back.

Retirement Fun

This property was well kept and clean. It met our needs very well for an extended stay. It was well equipped with kitchen wares and a couple beach chairs and wagon to transport to the beach. It was a short walk down a dedicated boardwalk to the beach. Our stay was very pleasant.

Perfect

We stayed at this property on a girls trip and it was perfect. Beach access directly across the street and close to the Hangout. Super quiet complex that was very nice. It was only a few minutes away from lots of different stores and restaurants. This property also included beach towels and chairs if you need them. It was a great stay and I will book again in the future.

The stay was awesome best i ever stayed

Everything was great. Condo had all the necessities needed. Only issue i had was that the wifi was out most of my stay so I couldn’t watch tv. The property manager immediately sent a tech out. It was back up and running then!

Check in was easy. Got in right away. The property was clean but there were two coffee cups that had been drunk out of and put back in the cabinet with coffee drips in them. Doubt the owner/housekeeper could have known this, as it must have been done from previous renters. I do wish there was some counter spray to sanitize counters between cooking. The pictures of the place were exactly what we saw upon arrival. Beach access was easy. Pool was clean. Communication could be slightly improved, especially between owner and housekeeper. Owner was responsive but there’s room for growth. There were some minor maintenance issues (sliding glass door had a faulty latch (but did ultimately close), and lightbulbs out above dining table. The owner attempted to have both issues corrected immediately by the housekeeper but the housekeeper was unable to do this on the first or second attempts, and on two different days. We also waited 1 1/2 hours for the housekeeper to arrive after being told she was on her way the second time which was irksome because we wanted to start our day but not a huge issue. We did decide it was totally fine as-is and not to worry about it for the remainder of the trip/have the housekeeper returned again. We did have to buy extra toilet paper and trash bags (it came with two of each which is apparently standard). The condo is in the middle of what the town has to offer as far as restaurants and shops but without the noise, which was nice. All in all, a great trip.

Cheer Competition

Everything was as described in the listing. It is a very nice property and great location for us as it was not far from the Wharf and it’s surrounded by everything. We come every year for the same competition and will definitely rent again if available. I just wish checkout wasn’t so early (10am) plus the required housekeeping requirements makes it earlier.

Spring break

Just what we needed for spring break with the kids. Clean condo, just as pictured. We were close to everything. Outlet mall only 20minutes away, beach across the street, food everywhere and several attractions for the kids close. Great place and location !
